Cuyahoga County Health Commissioner Terry Allan speaks to Congress

On May 20, 2009, Terry Allan testified at a hearing of the United States House of Representatives Government Oversight and Reform Committee on the resources and readiness of health departments to respond to an influenza pandemic.
